You
will receive your item within 7-10 business days unless stated otherwise
on the item page. Most deliveries are made Monday thru Friday. We
cannot give out exact delivery dates, we only can tell you when
your order was shipped. The delivery service may contact you to
give you your exact delivery date and time upon request.
Before
shipping any furniture, we regularly inspect and package your order.
If
you would like the order sooner, please call to check stock status.
In some cases upon request the order can be shipped earlier. In
certain cases, items may be back ordered and if this is the case
you will be notified by E-Mail or phone with a time frame of when
you will be receiving your order,

When
does shipping apply?
Purchases fewer than 100 dollars excluding all furniture related
items. The following categories will ALWAYS have a shipping charge
regardless of the price.

orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will have an additional
shipping fee depending on the weight of the item. We are currently
not shipping any furniture outside the United States. This also
includes Hawaii and Alaska.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Most items seen on our website are in stock & shipped within
2-3 business days.Arrival time is usually 5-7 business days after
the order is placed. We will notify you immediately if an item is
out of stock & give you an estimated time of delivery. If an
order needs to be received sooner than stated above, please contact
us direct at (800) 269-6181.
What is your return policy?
Our exchange policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. Item(s)
must be returned in the original packaging. The exchange will be
price of shipping plus the difference in cost. On sport jerseys
there is a 20% restocking fee. Returns for a refund are within 7
days of delivery and must be in original packaging. For refunds
there is a 15% restocking fee & actual shipping charges both
ways. To return an item, please e-mail Nina at nina@nationwidecampus.com.
Damaged or defected items will receive free parts to correct the
problem. If parts will not help, we will replace the item free of
charge. If an item is delivered damaged please call 1 (800) 269-6181.
The item must be packed up in the original box w/ the bubble wrap
and cardboard protection that it came in. Shipments out of their
original boxes & assembled will not be accepted for return.

you offer a warranty?
Yes we do. Our products come with a warranty against manufactures
defect. The time frame depends on the specific manufacturer. You
can contact us for specific details. NationwideCampus.com always
strives to offer the best service possible in the industry. If parts
are needed, contact any of our customer service representatives
between the hours of 9:00-5:00, eastern standard. Our customers
are our number one priority and that’s why we choose our manufacturers
carefully to be sure the products can handle the test of time.

I order by phone?
Absolutely! Our customer representatives are available Monday-Friday,
between the hours of 9:00-5:00 EST. Our toll free number is (800)

Is it safe to order online?
Absolutely! The secure server will protect and scramble all of your
shipping and credit card numbers with Industry-Standard SSL encryption
technology. If you feel more comfortable you may purchase your item(s)
by phone or mail a check or money order. However, placing your order
online is extremely safe and secure. Your privacy and security is
our number one priority. All customer information is confidential
and not sold or given to any third parties.
How
can I pay for my order?
NationwideCampus.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, Check Cards, checks and money orders. Your card will be
billed the day you place the order.
Can
I pay for my order by personal check or money order?
Sure! NationwideCampus.com accepts Money Orders, personal &
business checks. All Checks must clear before merchandise will be
shipped. If you would like to pay by check, just print out an order
form and mail it to us. Be sure to enter the correct item codes
& sizes. You may also order via telephone at (800) 269-6181.

Do
you charge sales tax?
There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of
New York. NationwideCampus.com will collect the appropriate sales
tax for orders shipped within NY State. (NYC 8.625%) This will be
added to your final total when placing your order. Tax Exempt Organizations
should fax (732) 359-6691 with their resale certificates after placing
your order.
What
if an item is damaged during delivery?
We pack item(s) very securely to insure safe arrival. In the event
of damage, please notify only NationwideCampus.com immediately (within
5 days of arrival) at 1 (800) 269-6181. Please save all original
packaging. Usually our parts department can send replacement parts
to handle the situation. Parts usually arrive within 7-10 days.
If parts are not available & returning the item is necessary,
a replacement will ship out once the item is returned. We are not
responsible for damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
What
is the cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled anytime before shipping from our warehouse.
Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that
were not canceled within the appropriate time frame or refused will
be charged actual shipping charges. This also applies to orders
where the customer supplied the incorrect shipping address.
How
will you ship my order?
We ship UPS Ground & FedEx Ground for most items. Oversize item(s)
or multiple quantity orders may ship via Truck. Certain NY orders
may ship via our own delivery service. Please inspect the package
for damages before signing the bill.
What
about delivery confirmation?
We only send tracking numbers if a customer have requested that
information. This will allow you to track your package to your door
and estimate its arrival time. Internally, we have our own tracking
department that tracks every package being shipped. To request a
tracking number via e-mail, write to dawn@nationwidecampus.com.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive a tracking number to your e-mail
address.
Will
my item look exactly like the picture?
We make every effort to provide high quality images to assist you
in choosing your item. Images may vary in color depending on your
monitor color settings. If exact color is critical to your order,
we recommend contacting us by phone or e-mail so we can better assist
you. However, we are not responsible for any variations in colors.
Returns that are requested for this reason are subject to all of
our return policies & fee's.
Will
the furniture require assembly?
Yes. All items require assembly even if not noted on the product
description. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are
packed securely in small bags. Easy to follow instructions are included
with those items needing assembly. Typical tools that you may need
include a hammer, adjustable wrench and screw drivers (Phillips
head or flat head).
